Who we are

Holley in the Kitchen (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website holleyinthekitchen.com(the “Site”). Questions about this policy can be sent to holleyinthekitchen@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide: When you submit the “Work With Me” form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and your message.
• Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you visit pages — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. This is collected via Google Analytics 4 (see below) and our own anonymous page-view tracking, which records which recipes are viewed but not who viewed them.
• Email signup: If you enter your email address into a subscribe box on the Site, we collect that address in order to send you updates about new recipes and posts. This signup is operated by Grow by Mediavine (see below), and the address you provide may also be used by our advertising partners to show you more relevant ads, including on other sites. Providing your email is entirely optional and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Cookies and similar technologies: Our analytics and advertising partners place cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits and measure performance. These cookies do not themselves contain your name or email address.

Third-party services

We use the following third parties whose privacy practices apply alongside ours:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures site usage. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Advertising partners (such as Mediavine and their downstream networks) — once enabled, these partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads relevant to your interests, including across other sites you visit. You can opt out of personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices or networkadvertising.org/choices.
• Grow by Mediavine — powers the subscribe box and related on-site features. If you submit your email address there, it is stored and processed by Mediavine under their privacy policy, and may be used for interest-based advertising as described above.
• Resend — used to deliver email when you submit the contact form.
• Supabase — hosts our database (your contact-form submission is stored here so we don't lose it if email delivery fails).
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the Site; routes all traffic and may log basic request metadata for security and performance.
• Instagram — recipe pages may embed Instagram content (e.g., reels). Instagram's cookies and privacy policy apply when these are loaded.

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form
• To understand which recipes are popular so we can prioritize what to share next
• To improve site performance and fix problems
• To serve advertising that helps keep the Site free for readers
• To send you recipe updates if you subscribed, and to help our advertising partners show you more relevant ads

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information.

• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
• EU/UK/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your information.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
