π‘ Tips for Success
- Check your buffalo sauce: Buffalo wing sauce is typically less spicy than regular buffalo sauce, so make sure you check the label before you buy.
- Adjust the ranch: Start with 1/4 cup ranch dressing and add more to your preference. If you love ranch, don't be afraid to add a little extra!
- Cheese options: Mozzarella or provolone both work great on these sliders. Use whichever you have on hand.
β Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts?
Yes! Boneless, skinless chicken thighs will work well in this recipe and will give you tender, juicy shredded chicken.
Can I make these less spicy?
Absolutely. Choose a mild buffalo wing sauce and add extra ranch dressing to the shredded chicken to help balance the heat.
What should I serve with Buffalo Chicken Sliders?
I like serving these with an easy side salad. Celery, carrots, and extra ranch would also be great alongside the sliders.
